BRC Timetable

Here at BRC Hobbies we try to keep ourselves organised as we have so much to do these days we have created a timetable to help you understand whats going on

Orders:
We pick and pack orders all day monday to friday all our post and parcels are collected from our warehouse daily at 2.00pm so if you get your order in before 12.00pm lunchtime it will be dispatched same day orders placed after 12.00pm will not be dispatched until the following day.

Telephone:
* Sales and Orders: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
* Technical Support: Monday to Wednesday 9.00am to 5.00pm
If you require help with a powerset or a complicated query then please include as much information as you can in an e-mail
Pleas Note: We can only provide support on products purchased from BRC Hobbies and Robotbirds.

Emails:
We deal with e-mails on a daily basis however if it is a complicated query regarding a powerset for your model or a query on set up it may take a little longer to get back to you please be patient as we do answer all emails 

Returns:
We deal with returns once a week on a wednesday so if you return a suspected faulty product it will be placed in a que and will be dealt with in order on a wednesday so if you return something on a thursday please be aware that it will not be dealt with until the following wednesday. Once your return has been tested we will let you know the outcome via e-mail some products may need to be returned to our supplier so may take a little longer but you can keep an eye on whats going on by logging into your account to check on the status of a return. Once we have the outcome of your return we will either return, replace or refund, if the product is found not to be faulty you will incur a modest workshop charge to cover our time and you will also have to pay return postage before we return the item back to you.
