ABOUT US
We are the World's only dedicated supplier of night flying equipment for model aircraft. We only sell what we use and are passionate about night flying. We are happy to offer you any advice on what you need to get night flying or on how to fit what you have bought and if we can't give you the solution there and then we will get back to you with the answer.

PRODUCTS GLOW ROPE
The best way to fit glow rope onto your canopy is to use cable ties, drill small equally spaced holes through your canopy along the line that you want the glow rope to follow then run the cable ties through the holes over the glow rope and back into the original hole fastening them as usual on the inside of the canopy, a perfect job. If you don't want to drill holes in your canopy then the best thing is to cyno (super glue) the rope, it will not damage the rope at all.

GLOW STICKS
These attach to the skids and are held on by cable ties. If any of your electrical equipment fails you will be glad that you have put these on. We supply 2 sizes, the large 167mm to go on each skid and the smaller 37mm fit perfectly on the horizontal and vertical fins.

SPOTLIGHT
One of the problems with night flying is that when it comes to land it is difficult to judge where the ground starts. The electronic switch that acts as a servo enables you to switch the landing light on and off from your transmitter. Plug the Y lead into channel 8 on your transmitter, run one of the Y leads to the battery and the other to the Opto-Isolated Switch, finally, by following the instructions, solder the spot light (either the Ram or LED) to the places marked on the switch. The landing light makes autos in the dark a lot less expensive lighting up the ground before its too late.

AERO STROBES
One Aero Strobe attached to each side of your canopy can make your heli easy to orientate at a distance. The magnetic ends of the strobes allow them to be attached to the canopy but we prefer to drill a hole in either side of the canopy just large enough to fit the strobe through then mix up some 5 minute epoxy and glue each of them into the body. They can then be screwed tight to turn them on or loosened to disengage the batteries to turn them off.

GLOW SHEET
Glow sheet looks great fixed to either side of the canopy. You can cut the design into the glow sheet with a knife but we don't recommend this, if you want to create a professional job a better way to make your design is to cut out a reverse mask out of black vinyl and overlay this onto the glow sheet. The manufacturers don't recommend that you glue the glow sheet onto the canopy as the all important backing may come away so what we do is extend the black vinyl overlay and attach it to the canopy with this. If you have painted your canopy black too the finished job will look fantastic.
